Tressette Col Morto Pet Nat is a natural sparkling wine made by the méthode ancestrale — bottled before fermentation completes, so the wine finishes fermenting in the sealed bottle, creating natural bubbles without industrial carbonation or added dosage. The combination of Montepulciano's red fruit character with Moscato's aromatic sweetness produces a sparkling wine that is entirely Italian in character: lively, food-friendly, and full of personality.
Winemaking
Natural winemaking throughout — indigenous yeasts, no additions, bottled mid-fermentation in the ancestral method. The wine is not disgorged. Slight haze is expected and is a mark of authenticity. Low intervention, high character.
Tasting Notes
Light, lively, and aromatic. Red and white fruit on the nose from the Montepulciano and Moscato combination. Natural bubbles are soft and persistent. Refreshing natural acidity. Drink young and cold.
How to Serve
Serve very cold. Open carefully. Drink immediately — this is the wine for the moment, not the cellar.
Food Pairing
Aperitivo, charcuterie, light pasta, soft cheese, pizza. The bubbles and acidity make it one of the most food-versatile wines in our range.
