Yebiga Raki Bela

Raki (often called rakija) is the cornerstone of Balkan hospitality. It is a fruit brandy most commonly made from grapes or plums. Yebiga is reminiscent of slivovitz from the Northern neighbors like Hungary and Slovakia. The stainless steel aging allows for a pure expression of the plum, resulting in rich, floral aromas, clean, long fruit finish. A wonderful aperitif, or digestif mostly taken neat.
