Voštinić Klasnić Epitet

Voštinić-Klasnić Epitet is a distinct red blend from the Moslavina region in continental Croatia. While the winery is most famous for championing the indigenous white grape Škrlet, Epitet represents their mastery of international varieties adapted to the unique "Bordeaux-like" microclimate of their rolling hills near Ivanić-Grad. The nose is quite aromatic and spicy, featuring dark fruit notes like blackberry and plum, often accompanied by "Turkish spices" and subtle herbal hints of bell pepper (typical of the Cabernet family). On the palate, Epitet is fruity and smooth with ripe red fruit flavors. The tannins are present but usually well-integrated, providing structure without being overwhelming.
