Stori Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Stori is a small winery situated in the Tsinandali microzone, on the right side of the Alazani River in the Kakheti wine region. This cabernet was fermented with native yeasts and spent 2 years aging in Qvevri underground clay vessels and the remaining time in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine is unusually lighter in body than european cabs, offers a delicate nose, soft, but with herbal notes. The palate introduces some soft tannins and flavors of sour cherry and dried green herbs.
