Seves Bouzeron Les Corderes

Sèves Bouzeron "Les Cordères" is an artisanal natural white wine produced by Marie Baltus and Foulques Bertholet in the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy, France. Founded in 2023, the micro-domaine centers around a single 0.63-hectare parcel ("Les Cordères") of old vines planted in 1981 at the highest elevation in the village of Bouzeron. Bouzeron is the only Village-level appellation in Burgundy dedicated entirely to Aligoté. The wine leans into low-intervention winemaking—fermented with native yeasts, unfined, and bottled with minimal sulfur. It exhibits bright citrus zest, white flowers, crushed limestone, and subtle orchard fruit, paired with an earthy, slightly savory, textured finish.
