VARIETAL: 100% Riesling

REGION: Mosel, Germany

VINEYARD: Made from very ripe Riesling grapes from the middle Mosel Valley of Germany. These grapes are allowed to hang longer, earning the designation of ‘Kabinett’.

FLAVOR: Exudes flavors and aromas of peaches and citrus. A well-balanced young, fresh and fruity wine with crisp acidity. Slightly off-dry.

Römerhof Winery is owned by Heinz Eifel, whose family has been producing wines in the heart of the Mosel Valley for over 400 years. Based in the village of Trittenheim, Heinz works closely with his winemaker daughter, Anne Eifel-Spohr, to produce award winning Rieslings.
