Pullus comes from the Haloze Hills of Slovenian Styria — a region of steep-sloped vineyards and narrow valleys with a diverse geological soil composition of sand, clay, and marl that produces wines of genuine freshness and character. This rosé blends Pinot Noir’s structure with Blaufränkisch’s acidity and the local Blauer Kolner for aromatic freshness. No irrigation, environmentally-friendly cultivation, cold fermentation in stainless steel, then six months on lees for texture.

Tasting Notes

Bright salmon with a pink hue. Strawberry rhubarb, raspberry, whipped cream, and fresh plums on the nose. On the palate: crisp and mouthwatering, with watermelon, red berries, and a subtle mineral spritz. Juicy, youthful, and immediately appealing — great value Slovenian rosé.

Food Pairing

Grilled fish, seafood, light pasta, charcuterie, summer salads. The versatile summer rosé.
