Pomalo Rosé

Pomalo Rosé is a vibrant, natural wine from Croatia that embodies the Dalmatian philosophy of pomalo—a term that translates to "take it easy," "relax," or "no stress." Produced by the Pomalo Wine Company in collaboration with the Begović cousins, this wine is designed to be the ultimate "thirst-quencher" for slow summer days.  It is exceptionally crisp and refreshing, designed to be served very cold.  It has a "crushable," lean structure with a clean, slightly saline finish that makes it effortless to drink. Expect a burst of wild strawberries, fresh raspberries, and floral rose petals on the nose, balanced by a stony minerality on the palate. This is a low-intervention wine—hand-picked, spontaneously fermented with native yeasts, aged on fine lees for about four months, and bottled with minimal filtration and sulfur.
