Deep purple in color. On the entry, tart black caps lead to a cinnamon bark dryness that’s robed in that same black cap, wild raspberry dark fruit. There’s a touch of earthy, almost barnyard (but in that good way) that peeks out behind the fruit. Creamy mousse, with a fine tannic streak before the very dry, yet balanced finish.
