Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé
Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé (Trevenezie IGT) is an innovative, highly expressive rosé from the Veneto region of Northeastern Italy, crafted near the sun-drenched shores of Lake Garda.
The wine gets its distinct name from its precise vinification process: the grape skins remain in contact with the juice during a very soft pressing for exactly 11 minutes. This ultra-targeted window is just long enough to bleed out a delicate, pale salmon-pink hue and extract the most elegant, noble aromatic compounds without gathering heavy tannins or color over-saturation. Following the press, the must is chilled and settled for 11 hours, then fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it sits on its fine lees for roughly 3 to 4 months to develop mid-palate complexity and texture.
