"More is More" by Heidi Schröck & Söhne is part of a modern wave of high-quality, sustainably farmed wines bottled in a one-liter format. It is designed to be a "social" wine—generous, unpretentious, and built for sharing.

While Heidi Schröck is legendary for her sweet Ausbruch wines, this project (which includes her sons, Georg and Johannes) focuses on the "joy of drinking." A vibrant, aromatic white wine from the Burgenland region of Austria (near Lake Neusiedl). It is exceptionally fresh and energetic, characterized by fruit notes like green apple, white peach, and citrus peel. Because it is grown on limestone and gravel, it has a distinct stony minerality and a clean, saline finish that makes it incredibly refreshing.
