Domaine Karine Lauverjat Pouilly-Fumé is a quintessential expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. While the Lauverjat family is based in Sancerre (specifically the village of Sury-en-Vaux), they produce this wine from vineyards just across the Loire River in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation.
