Laurent Family Vanidoso Valley Central White

Viña Laurent "Vanidoso" is a crisp, unoaked Chardonnay from the Central Valley (Valle Central) of Chile. As part of Viña Laurent’s "character" line—alongside labels like Corrupto and Polemico—it is crafted with a focus on purity, freshness, and minimal intervention.  Fermented with indigenous yeasts and kept in stainless steel to preserve the natural "crunch" of the fruit. It is vegan-friendly and bottled with very low added sulfur. With bright and floral with primary aromas, expect flavors of crisp pear, lemon zest, and a subtle saline minerality. It lacks the heavy buttery or vanilla notes typical of oaked Chardonnays, leaning instead toward a refreshing, zippy acidity.
