The La Ginestra farm was founded in 1978 by a group of young enthusiasts with the aim of renewing and maintaining the traditions of the Tuscan countryside. Settled on uncultivated lands abandoned for decades, it takes its name from the beautiful weed with yellow flowers typical of our fields. The choice of organic farming has been natural since 1989, producing our products in complete respect of mother nature and without any use of synthetic chemicals. The work started in the past years is, today, carried on with passion and determination by a new generation of young people who continue to enhance the products of their lands, fully embracing the choice of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
