Keltis Rumeni Muscat 2022

The wine is an intense yellow color and slightly cloudy. The aroma is ripe citrus and some tropical fruit. The texture is pleasantly buttery, the taste is rich, and the acids are beautifully expressed and juicy.

Varietal composition: yellow muscat

Region: Bizeljsko, Lower Styria, Slovenia.

Vineyard location: 16–25 years old, 350 meters above sea level, southwest orientation.

Soil: shale, clay and sandstone.

Harvest: hand-picked, end of September.

Vinification: Directly pressed grapes. Spontaneous fermentation without added yeast, without filtration. Aging: 18 months in large oak barrels.

SO2 addition: 10 mg/L

Sugar residue: dry

Alcohol: 13.00% vol.

Serving temperature: 7-10 °C
