Kabaj Beli Pinot 2019

Beli Pinot, also known as Pinot Blanc, from Goriska Brda, Slovenia; 2 weeks on skins in old casks then 1 year on lees in neutral French oak; medium bodied and dry, nutty and fruity with notes of orange, ripe pineapple, peach, apricot, and red apple, hints of hay, vanilla, chamomile, and honey, with slightly savory with medium acid, and oily texture, and a round creamy finish.
