Julie & Toby Bainbridge Cuvee 50 : 50
| Grapes | Cabernet Franc, Grolleau |
| Producer | Julie & Toby Bainbridge |
| Region | Loire Valley, France |
| Style | Light red, high drinkability |
Cabernet Franc and Grolleau — two classic Loire red grapes in equal measure. Grolleau is a Loire Valley native that rarely appears on its own but adds a specific floral, fresh-fruited character when blended. Together with Cab Franc’s herbal precision, the result is Cuvee 50:50: super fun, young, light, and exceptionally smooth — reminiscent of fresh fruit juice in the best possible way, with just enough grape character to make it interesting.
Tasting Notes
Light-bodied, smooth, and vibrantly red. Fresh red berry fruit with a hint of herbs and the light, easy character that makes Loire reds so appealing in summer. High drinkability and genuine fun. The wine for warm evenings with no agenda.
How to Serve
Serve lightly chilled at 13–15°C. Open and pour. A wine that invites the second glass immediately.
