Biodynamic Demeter-certified Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, fermented on their skins to produce an orange wine of real character — the amber colour, added texture and grip of skin contact, and the aromatic complexity that both of these grapes produce when treated this way. In the 1-litre format because natural orange wine this good at this price should be poured generously, not rationed.

Tasting Notes

Amber-gold with copper highlights. Aromatic and complex: dried stone fruit, orange peel, herbal notes, and the specific textural richness that skin contact adds to Verdejo’s natural body. Dry, grippy, and very satisfying. A wine that works both as an aperitif and with food.

How to Serve

Serve at 12–14°C — slightly warmer than conventional white wine. The texture opens up with a little warmth.

Food Pairing

Tapas, jambón, aged Manchego, roast chicken, grilled fish, vegetable dishes. The skin contact adds enough structure to handle almost any food.
