The 2023 Ghislain Montrozier "F-Servadou" (Cuvée No. 1) is a distinctive, organic red wine from the Aveyron region in Southwest France. Ghislain Montrozier is a modern pioneer in this "forgotten" terroir, producing wines that emphasize the rustic, wild character of the local Fer Servadou grape (known locally as Mansois). Fer Servadou is famous for its "iron-like" intensity (hence the name Fer) and its peppery, vegetal complexity.
