Gaioz Sopromadze 6x Type 2021

This a truly exceptional and rare white wine from Gaioz Sopromadze, a pioneer of natural winemaking in Western Georgia. The wine is a "symphony of the vineyards," harmonizing six different local grape varieties grown in the hard yellow clay soils of Baghdati.

The wine has a unique, "opalescent" color and is made in the traditional Imeretian style, with fermentation in churi (a type of qvevri) but without skin contact. This method preserves the grapes' freshness while still imparting a clean, mineral character
