Ethno Saperavi 2019

This rich and complex wine is the traditional expression of Saperavi fermented and aged in qvevri vessels. The wine has a deep, intense, purple color with excellent viscosity of texture. Rich and complex on the nose – black currant, new leather, plum, spicy notes and hints of dark chocolate. It is a full bodied wine with full yet smooth tannins and a gentle acidity with a long finish.
