Method Traditional method

Champagne is one of the most imitated and least replicated wines in the world — a product of a specific place, a specific climate, and a specific method of production that simply cannot be reproduced elsewhere. The chalk soils, the cool temperatures, the particular balance of Pinot Noir’s structure and Chardonnay’s freshness with Meunier’s roundness — this is Champagne, and nowhere else makes it.

About This Wine

The Emile Paris Brut is a classic NV Champagne blend — 50% Pinot Noir providing structure and body, 30% Pinot Meunier providing fruit and roundness, 20% Chardonnay providing freshness and finesse. The result is a complete, well-balanced Champagne that delivers everything the style promises: the toasty, bready complexity from bottle aging, the fine bubbles, the clean mid-palate, and the long, elegant finish.

Tasting Notes

Toasty brioche aromas that transition into a clean, precise mid-palate. Honeycrisp apple, spice, and citrus zest. Fine, persistent bubbles. A Champagne of elegance and substance in equal measure.

How to Serve

Serve at 8–10°C in a Champagne flute. No decanting. The first glass of an occasion, or the wine that carries the entire meal.

Food Pairing

Oysters, smoked salmon, caviar, fried chicken (a legendary combination), soft cheese, sushi. Champagne’s acidity makes it one of the most food-versatile wines on the table.
