El Occidental Mezcal 750mL

An artisanal, unaged (Joven) mezcal produced in the highlands of Oaxaca (Zimatlán de Álvarez). It is known for its balance, featuring both the traditional smoky character of mezcal and an array of herbal and earthy notes. The agave is traditionally roasted in earthen pits before distillation in copper stills.
