Edi Simcic Duet 2021

Attractive dark and blue fruit here with notes of dark chocolate, violets, undergrowth and stones. It’s medium- to full-bodied, compact and structured, yet fresh and dynamic at the same time. Very polished and refined. It’s agile and flavorful with a crunchy, blue fruited finish. I like the chalkiness at the end. A blend of 80% merlot, 10% cabernet sauvignon and 10% cabernet franc.
