Domaine Moutard Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023

From the far north of Burgundy, near Chablis, the cooler climate plays a role in this wine remaining lighter in weight. Fermentation with native yeasts, aging in both stainless steel and neutral oak followed by light fining and filtration so the wine retains its fresh fruitiness. It offers a beautifully soft, silky texture with bright red fruit and a gentle earthiness underneath.
