Dolin Genepy le Chamois

This is a traditional, high-mountain liqueur. It is produced by macerating and then distilling Artemisia mutellina (a petite variety of wormwood, also known as mountain sage) which is harvested in the Alps. The flavor is bright, fresh, and herbaceous, falling somewhere between absinthe and Chartreuse, with notes of mint, sage, and fennel.
