Cavas Marevia Cava Aqueo

Cavas Marevia Cava Aqueo is a refined, organic sparkling wine from the Requena region (Valencia), Spain. It is part of the Marevia "Cru" collection, which focuses on sustainable viticulture and expressing the unique Mediterranean-influenced terroir of inland Valencia. A blend of Macabeo and Chardonnay, the Macabeo provides the traditional structure and acidity, while the Chardonnay adds roundness and elegance. Thanks to a minimum of 15 months of aging on the lees (Traditional Method), it develops a creamy texture and a fine, persistent bubble (perlage) that gives the wine a sophisticated weight on the palate. The entry is fruity, followed by a creamy mid-palate and a long, refreshing finish with a touch of Mediterranean salinity.
