Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Certified organic farming with biodynamic practices; pressed then the must ferments in stainless steel; aged in stainless steel for 10 months, then bottled under crown cap with some syrah must (frozen after pressing) is added to the wine to start refermentation in bottle. Unfiltered, without added SO2; zero-zero; 11% ABV; 333 cases
