Brincadeiro is a cloudy-looking natural white wine from Galicia, northwest Spain — the green, wet, Atlantic-influenced corner of the country that produces the Albarino of Rias Baixas and the Godello of Valdeorras. Here, those grapes — plus Viura — are made into something genuinely different: unfiltered, without added sulfites, fermented with local yeasts at low temperature and bottled locally with all its natural haze intact.
Tasting Notes
Cloudy and fresh, with tastes of green apple, pineapple, and white peach. Nice and crisp with a long finish. This is the wine of summer, outdoor tables, and meals that go on longer than planned. Simple, honest, and very easy to love.
How to Serve
Serve cold. Shake gently before pouring to distribute the natural sediment. The haze is a feature, not a flaw.
Food Pairing
Pulpo a la gallega (Galician octopus), grilled fish, seafood, ceviche, light salads. The food of the Galician Atlantic coast.
