Bascule Babushka Rose 2022

The 2022 Bascule "Babushka" Rosé is a vibrant, natural wine born from a collaboration between the influential importer/négociant Fifi (of the legendary Brooklyn spot The Ten Bells) and the respected winemakers Stéphane and Caroline Morin of Domaine Léonine. A "meaty" yet fresh take on Syrah rosé, Babushka is bold enough to have character but is high enough in acidity for easy drinking. Thanks to aging in neutral oak and fiberglass, it has a smooth, slightly rounded texture that distinguishes it from more linear, stainless-steel rosés.
