Grapes: Cayuga White, soaked on Pinot Noir and Blaufrankisch

Vineyard: Cayuga came from Ball Vineyard, Cayuga Lake. Other grapes from Robin’s Vines Vineyards, Cayuga Lake.

Making of: The fresh juice from Cayuga White grapes was soaked on the skins of noble grapes. The low-sugar Cayuga grapes were not chapitalized  (meaning no added sugars) and no yeasts or other additives were used. The wine was then soaked on the skins of Pinot Noir and Blaufrankisch to impart flavor, and texture, and a cherry hue.

Personality: savory, dry, and extremely easy-drinking thanks to a naturally low ABV.
