Anne Pichon Sauvage Orange is a striking, deeply aromatic skin-contact natural wine classified under Vin de France. It is produced by the organic Anne Pichon estate located in Mormoiron, nestled right at the base of Mont Ventoux in the Southern Rhône Valley.

The wine lives up to its name Sauvage (meaning "wild"), drawing inspiration from the untamed hills and wild nature surrounding the elevated, sun-drenched vineyards. To create its signature amber-orange hue and unique flavor profile, the hand-harvested grapes are fully de-stemmed and undergo a controlled five-day skin-maceration phase in stainless steel tanks using natural native yeasts. This intentional skin contact extracts structural compounds, yielding a powerful nose filled with dried apricots, apple, and white flowers, which opens up on the palate into juicy grapefruit, orange zest, fresh green almond, and a distinct hint of herbal tea.
