Amara Amaro D’arancia Rossa

Rossa Amara Amaro d'Arancia Rossa is a modern Sicilian amaro produced by Edoardo Strano in Catania, on the eastern coast of Sicily. It straddles the line between a traditional bitter digestif and an artisanal citrus liqueur. The star ingredient of this amaro is hand-harvested Tarocco blood oranges grown in the volcanic soils of Mount Etna under the protected geographical indication Arancia Rossa di Sicilia IGP. The peels are hand-peeled on site to preserve their essential oils.
