Makovec vineyards are located in the village of Brje, on the hills, where the bora is frequent and the soil contains marl, rich in minerals, which can be seen in the minerality of the wine.\u003cbr\u003eFarming: Organic. The vineyards have no irrigation, spraying only with sulfites and copper if necessary.\u003cbr\u003eVinification: All grapes are hand-picked, removed and spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered.\u003cbr\u003eTasting Notes: The smell is reminiscent of dank herbs, dried fruit, and acacia. The taste delivers tons of depth with a creamy palate of baked apples, leeks and pleasant acidity.
