Fermented and aged in stainless steel tank on the fine lees for 6 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes come from 15-year-old vines in the family’s 1 hectare Szárazvölgy vineyard in\u003cbr\u003eGyöngyöstarján. The estate in Gyöngyöstarján is hilly, with good drainage and regular breeze. The topsoil is thin and the deeper layers have a high clay content, which keeps moisture on the vines during the dry summer months. Under brown topsoil is volcanic soil, rich with chalk and rhyolite. The yield is limited to 2 kg of grapes per vine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter destemming and crushing, fermentation began in stainless steel tanks. The wine\u003cbr\u003eremained on the skins for 6 days. The wine remained in stainless steel tank on the lees for 5 months before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTechnical data:\u003cbr\u003ea.
